Refund Policy

We want you to love your Suna Yoga products. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, marks or damage cannot be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@sunayoga.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for covering the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on yoga mats or props that have been used or unwrapped. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
