Shipping Policy

We aim to make your order experience smooth and reliable from start to finish.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard delivery to mainland UK on all orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that during peak times or due to courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re working to expand our delivery options in the future.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a stock delay, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
